Things You'll Need:
- Time 5 –10 minutes or more at a time. Quiet place.

Step 1
Gently close your eyes.
Fill your mind with happiness, joy, and pure thoughts. -
Step 2
Place your mind on the seventh base of the body which is at the center of the stomach, around 2 fingers breadth above the navel. Imagine there is a crystal ball or a crystal Buddha at that point.

Step 3
Focus your mind on either the crystal ball or the crystal Buddha you choose and simply settle your mind there. While reciting the sound of the mantra “Samma Arahang, Samma Arahang”.

Step 4
Relax your mind and do not let your attention wander.
