Things You'll Need

  • Knife
  • Spoon
  • Vegetable steamer
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp. of honey
  • Blender
  • Make-up application brush
  • Towel

Instructions

    • 1

      Prepare the carrot for steaming by peeling it and cutting off the ends. Cut it in half and place inside the steamer. Steam the carrot until it is soft, then pour it into the blender.

      Cut the avocado in half. Cut out the seed and discard. Scoop out the inside of the avocado, and add it to the carrot in the blender. Discard the avocado peel.

      Crack the egg and add it to the carrot and avocado inside the blender. Discard the egg shells.

      Add a 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 3 tbsp. of honey. Blend all of the ingredients together, inside the blender, until the mixture is creamy.

      Using a make-up brush, apply the mixture lightly to your face. Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes.

      Rinse off the mixture with cool water. Pat your face dry with a towel.
