Things You'll Need:
- Eyeballs
-
Step 1
If your female cat is not spayed and she managed to sneak outside, the chances that she is pregnant is very high, especially if you've seen her around other cats.
-
Step 2
Once your cat returns, you will want to write down the dates that she was outside. Write down the date that she got outside and the date that she came home.
-
Step 3
You will want to count out 21 days from the first date that the cat was outside. A cat's nipples will turn pink and get larger on the 21st day of her pregnancy. You will want to keep checking her nipples on a daily basis.
-
Step 4
If you notice that your cat is acting differently she could be pregnant. My pregnant cat spends most of her day and night sleeping. She doesn't move around a whole lot. She also eats a lot more than she usually does.
-
Step 5
At about the fourth week of pregnancy, you will start to visually see your cats stomach getting bigger.
-
Step 6
A cat is pregnant for 61-69 days, an average pregnancy lasts around 65 days.
