One way to make weight loss easy is to forget weight loss and concentrate on health. It is amazing how quickly the pounds melt away once you have made this switch in your weight loss objectives. Read on to learn how to drop weight and improve health with a raw food diet.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

In a raw foods diet, you can eat as many fruits and vegetables as you like. Forget about calories and start fueling your body with the good stuff; the fresh stuff.

  2. Step 2

Another good thing to add to your raw foods diet is a handful or two of nuts. Nuts add protein and fiber to the raw food diet and will help you feel full for longer. They are also great when you are feeling the need for a snack.

  3. Step 3

When sticking to a raw food diet, drink lots and lots of water. Water is the base for any health goal and it will make you feel and look much healthier.

  4. Step 4

If you can, purchase a juicer and add fresh pressed juice to your raw foods diet. See the list of juicing articles below for some juicing recipes.

  5. Step 5

The important thing to remember on a raw foods diet is that you do not have to starve or deprive yourself; you simply change the things you use to satisfy your hunger.

  6. Step 6

Once you have reached your goal weight, or you are ready to expand your daily diet, just remember to keep the basis of this diet as part of your regular meal plan. The fresher the better. Don't go back to daily burgers and french fries. Moderation is key!
