When sticking to a raw food diet, drink lots and lots of water. Water is the base for any health goal and it will make you feel and look much healthier.

The important thing to remember on a raw foods diet is that you do not have to starve or deprive yourself; you simply change the things you use to satisfy your hunger.

Once you have reached your goal weight, or you are ready to expand your daily diet, just remember to keep the basis of this diet as part of your regular meal plan. The fresher the better. Don't go back to daily burgers and french fries. Moderation is key!
