The general age qualification for surrogate mothers is that the person must be between the ages of 21 and 38.

The woman must have already given birth before, and can not have had more than one c section in the past. The woman must also have never had any complications that occured during their pregnancy.

The woman must have no history of STD's, and obviously can never have tested positive for HIV or AIDS.

The woman can not have ever had any genetically transmitted diseases.

Must have a reliable means of transportation.

Can not be a smoker, or live in a household where anyone smokes.

Can not do any drugs, and also needs to have a drug free history as well.
