    Mixed drinks

When you know you are going to be doing some serious drinking. You should first "prep" your body hours before you get started with your drinking. You should eat a good solid meal a few hours before you get started on the mixed drinks. this will help the alcohol to be absorbed more slowly. But also keep the blood alcohol level in the blood low.

  2. Step 2

You should also keep yourself hydrated through out the day. Around 8-10 glasses is the recommended for the adult body. If you forget to during the day that is alright. just do it through out the night.

  3. Step 3

Rehydrate yourself before you get ready to call it a night. Plenty of juice and water.

Tips & Warnings
  • Stick to one drink when drinking.
  • Eat a few hours before you start drinking.
  • Pace yourself with non alcoholic drinks in between alcoholic drinks.
  • Replenish lost fluids before going to bed with juice or water. Avoid Caffeine.
  • Get plenty of rest.
  • You shouldn't drink caffeine because of the sugar in it. It will only continue to keep you dehydrated.
