Mixed drinksWhen you know you are going to be doing some serious drinking. You should first "prep" your body hours before you get started with your drinking. You should eat a good solid meal a few hours before you get started on the mixed drinks. this will help the alcohol to be absorbed more slowly. But also keep the blood alcohol level in the blood low.

You should also keep yourself hydrated through out the day. Around 8-10 glasses is the recommended for the adult body. If you forget to during the day that is alright. just do it through out the night.

Rehydrate yourself before you get ready to call it a night. Plenty of juice and water.
