How to Apply Mascara

Mascara is a cosmetic that lengthens and adds volume to eyelashes. It is important to apply it right.

Things You'll Need:

• Mascara
• Face Towel

1. Now, to begin, you will need to wash your face and apply your usual moisturizing products etc. Dry your face with a face towel to continue to step 2.

2. After completing step 1, grab your mascara. start with one eye first. To go great lengths, apply one layer of mascara starting from the top of your lashes, going from root to tip. Then do the same thing except from the bottom of your lashes. Finish doing both your eyes and proceed to step 3.

3. To create volume, start with one eye first. Start from the top of your lashes and going from root to tip, wiggle your mascara wand from side to side. Complete both your eyes, and you are finished. If you happen to smudge it or you make a mistake while doing this, you can keep a damp face towel handy to wipe off your mistake.

Tips & Warnings

• You might like to use an eyelash curler to make your lashes 'stand' or look longer.
• Remember, good mascara isn't meant to be clumpy.
• If any mascara gets into your eyes, rinse with water immediately.
