Simple to use and inexpensive, you will help the environment go green when you enjoy the benefits of apple cider vinegar for increased energy and for clear bright skin. Containing natural alpha hydroxyl acids, vinegar is an excellent exfoliant and skin brightener. Apple cider vinegar also helps control the pH balance of your body, and it aids in digestion of fats and carbohydrates, releasing greater energy for you.

  1. Step 1

    Use apple cider vinegar full strength or diluted with water. Apply as an astringent to clean skin to prevent acne, unclog and tighten pores, and lighten age spots or other skin discolorations.

    Enjoy a rejuvenating and invigorating soak for your whole body. Pour 1 cup vinegar into a tub of warm water and soak 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    For an energy boost, stir 1 Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar into an 8-oz glass of water and drink for increased energy. Vinegar aids the release of energy from fats and carbohydrates, giving you an extra boost.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use organic apple cider vinegar, unpasteurized.
  • Organic vinegar will have a slight sludge settled on the bottom of the jar.
