Things You'll Need:
- 1 bag of frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 pint of plain yogurt
- 6-8 ice cubes
- blend together until all ingredients are smooth
- Pour in cup and enjoy
- Serves about 4 people

Step 1
Empty contents of 1 bag of frozen strawberries into blender. Then add one banana, 1/2 pint of yogurt and ice cubes into blender. You can also add any other ingredients as you see fit.

Step 2
Turn blender on and process ingredients on medium to high speed until well combined and smooth. Test the texture to make sure its at the thickness you desire. If you need to blend more, take the extra couple of minutes to do so.

Step 3
Pour contents into cup and enjoy. Serves about 4-6 people. You can place in freezer if you'd like to change the consistency of your beverage. Making your smoothie at home will save you money and it beats any health club drink.
