Cook up a Different Healthy Pizza

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Pan
  • Olive Spray
  • Olive Oil
  • Small Tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Garlic
  • Green Onions
  • Pan
  • Oven
  1. Step 1

Instead of the same boring pizza with red sauce and cheese try this variation. It's fast and tasty.

    1. Spray your pan with olive oil.
    2. Lay out the pizza dough. Buy the already made up kind $1.19 at Trader Joe's for instance. Whole Foods has pre made pizza crust ready to go, too.

  2. Step 2

    3. Cut on about 3 stalks of green onions, 2-3 garlic cloves and a package of tomatoes cut in 1/2.

    4. Pour some olive oil in a pan and put green onions, garlic, basil, and tomatoes in pan.

  3. Step 3

    5. Stir every so often. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

    6. Pour mixture onto pizza crust.
    7. Add whatever else for variation i.e. anchovies.

  4. Step 4

    8. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 450 Degrees.

Towards the end if you want to add some cheese and let it melt. Or cook up some mushrooms in olive oil and toss on.

Tips & Warnings
  • Cover bricks with tin foil and put in your oven to make it hotter - brick oven pizza:-)
