When your body's' immune system is weakened, you become more vulnerable to common infections which may be bacterial or viral and they often enter the body through inhaled droplets of liquid that have been sneezed or coughed into the air. Natural remedies can help comfort and strengthen your natural resistance. This simple decoction may act as an expectorant, can reduce chills and soothe inflamed mucous membranes, so your body can get some well needed rest.
