Use your hands to open your sacral chakra.

Chakras are energy centers located throughout the body that affect your mood, emotions and mental well-being. Chakras originated many years ago and mean "circular motion" in the Sanskrit language. The sacral chakra is located in the body's core and controls emotions including anger, fear, sexuality and creativity. Stones and crystals are often used in conjunction with the chakras, and the sacral chakra is related to opal, fire agate and carnelian. A healthy sacral chakra is an orange color.
