Step 1
Pack your good walking shoes and comfortable exercise clothes. Use the hotel's hallways and stairwells as a walking trail. Walk as much as you can in your spare time.

Power-walk through the airport. Even if you're dressed for success, who says you can't wear your walking shoes. Besides, it would be more comfortable to wear walking shoes through the airport.

Step 3
Practice yoga in your hotel room. It will also help you unwind before you go to bed.

Find an exercise program on TV and follow along.

Step 5
Do sit-ups and push-ups while watching the morning news.

Step 6
Find a dance station on the radio and dance around your room.

Pack a bathing suit and "aqua walk" in the hotel pool.
