Things You'll Need:
- 1 jar of honey mustard (any brand)
- 1 package of Italian dressing mix

Step 1
Spoon mustard into a bowl. Measure out one half-teaspoon or a little less per piece of meat.

Add 1/8 teaspoon dressing mix per honey measurement (less, if you prefer a milder flavor).

Mix thoroughly, then spread thoroughly over each piece of unthawed, uncooked meat. Lay the pieces on a pan or plate and cover with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate meat in the marinade for at least two hours, giving it time to absorp the flavors before cooking.

Lay the meat on a greased pan and top with any breadcrumbs, cheese, or other flavors desired. Bake at recommended temperature until done.
