1. The first thing you must do to custom fit a mouthpiece to your son is to cut it to fit his mouth size. This is easily accomplished by using scissors and cutting the ends of mouthpiece until it fits your son comfortably.

2. Next you must boil a pot of water as you will need the boiling water to mold the mouthpiece to your sons teeth exactly so that it will protect him effectively during the game.

3. Once water is boiled just put the part of the mouth piece that goes into the mouth into the boiling water for a few minutes and then remove it from the boiling water and have your son bite into as this will mold it exactly to his bite.

4. All that is left to do now is to connect the mouthpiece onto his face mask so he can play football using the mouthpiece that you custom fitted for him.
