    The first thing you must do to install window locks is to open the packaging, this of course is a very easy thing to accomplish.

  2. Step 2

    The next thing you should do is to place the window locks on your window tracks and tighten the wing nut so that the lock will tighten and prevent the window from opening. In this process you should put one window lock on each side of the window tracks.

  3. Step 3

    All that is left to do put the locks on each window you wish to render inoperable so that you can feel satisfied knowing that you have accomplished the task of installing window locks on your windows.
