Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Memory card
  • Hydride batteries
  1. Step 1

Locate the memory card cover on the side of your camera. Slide the cover in the direction indicated by the imprinted arrow. Insert a memory card with a suitable amount of free storage space into the appropriate slot. If necessary, insert new batteries into the battery bay. Replace the memory cover and slide it into the locked position.

  2. Step 2

Slide the lens cover off of the lens; this will activate the camera. Locate the mode switch on top of the camera and ensure that it is set to the center position. Locate and press the "MENU" button. Locate the control button next to the "MENU" button; press this button upwards then press the "EXEC" button to the right.

  3. Step 3

Use the control button to select the "SIZE•BURST" option then press "EXEC; select your desired image size and press "EXEC" to confirm. Press the "MENU" button.

  4. Step 4

Grip the camera with both hands and check to make sure your fingers are not covering the lens or the flash. Frame your image by using the LCD screen as a reference. Apply light pressure to the shutter button until you hear a beep; this indicates that the camera's auto-focus procedure is complete.

  5. Step 5

Push the shutter button all the way down. The camera will display a "RECORDING" message on the LCD screen. Once this message disappears, the image has been successfully saved to your memory stick.
