How to Relieve Constipation Fast

Many factors such as diet, medication and physical inactivity can cause constipation.       Drink two to four glasses of extra fluid which helps move sluggish bowels.

      Mix 8 oz. of warm water with 1 tsp. of lemon juice. Drink this fluid three times a day.

      Mix 1 tsp. of corn syrup or honey with 8 oz. of warm water. Drink three times daily.

      Use a blender to mix 1 cup of apple juice, one apple, 1 cup of figs and 1 cup of raisins. Gradually pour in more apple juice until the milkshake is the right consistency. Drink this milkshake every morning until you get relief.

      Eat a bag of fresh cherries or drink 8 oz. of cherry juice three times a day. Or try using a raw clove of garlic in a salad.
