1. Wash your hair and comb it straight.

2. Secure your hair in a tight ponytail at the back of your head.

3. Separate the ponytail into two equal strands.

4. Twist the strands tightly around each other, either clockwise or counterclockwise, until you reach the end of the ponytail.

5. Secure the end of the rope braid with another ponytail holder.
