1
Choose a flower lollipop candy mold. Place your selected colors of chocolate melts in a plastic squeeze bottle. Place the bottle in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds. Remove, stir and then melt again for about 15 seconds. Place a lollipop stick in the mold. Fill the mold with melted chocolate. Tap the mold gently against a flat surface to remove any bubbles and to flatten the surface.

Place the mold in the fridge and let it sit for 15 minutes. Remove from the fridge and carefully push out the candy, making sure the lollipop stays completely intact. Make as many of these flower candy lollipops as you would like for the bouquet depending on the size you would like.

Take two Hershey's kisses and place a piece of double-sided tape on the flat end of one. Connect the other Hershey's kiss to this one so both pointed ends poke outward. Cut a four inch square of cellophane. Lay it on a flat surface. Place the kisses in the center. Fold the cellophane over the kisses.

Stick the tip of a 10-inch long piece of floral wire in the cellophane directly under the bottom Hershey's kiss. Cinch the cellophane around the Hershey's kisses and wire. Take a piece of floral tape and wrap it around the wire and cellophane. You should be left with a Hershey's kiss rosebud. Make as many of these as you would like for the bouquet.

Find a small basket. Cut a piece of styrofoam to fit the bottom of the basket and then stick it in the basket. Stick your flower lollipops and Hershey's kiss rosebuds into the styrofoam in a fun arrangement of your choosing. Cover the styrofoam with Easter grass. Then cut several small ribbons and tie bows onto the stems of the candy flowers.
