Natural Methods

1
Blot the spot with a dry cloth and get up as much moisture as possible. Apply a few drops of vinegar and wet spotter solution, enough to moisten but not saturate.

2
Take a clean rag and moisten it with wet spotter solution. A sprayer bottle works well for this step. Apply it to the spot and leave it there. Allow enough time for it to absorb the stain, and repeat this process until the stain is gone. Run cold water over the stain afterward to remove any soap and vinegar.

Use rubbing alcohol if the steps above do not remove the stain. To do this, put a few drops of rubbing alcohol on the stain, enough to reach all parts of the stain. Also apply rubbing alcohol to a dry absorbent cloth, and place it on top of the stain. Repeat this until the stain is gone. Run cold water over the stain afterward to remove cleaning materials, and allow it to air dry.
