How to use Cinnamon & Honey to Lose Weight
Honey is a natural sugar that also has vitamins and minerals. It also mobilizes stored fat. Cinnamon is a thermogenic spice that raises the metablolism in the body. Combining these two nutrient dense food items gives a great boost to any weight loss program. Adding cinnamon and honey to your diet to lose weight does not have to be complicated. Make a simple drink in the morning, and drink it on an empty stomach, and make another one at night before bed and you will find yourself refreshed, having more energy, fewer digestive troubles and dropping pounds over time on the scales.

Boil one cup of water. Remove from stove and pour into a cup.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to the hot water and stir. Allow to cool for five minutes.

Add 1 teaspoon of honey to the cinnamon and water mixture after it has cooled a bit. Stir well to blend in the honey.

Drink the mixture immediately. Drinking it soon after the honey has been stirred in will assure you get it down before the honey settles.

Make and drink the honey and cinnamon mixture twice a day for optimum benefits.

Tips & Warnings
It is best to make this drink fresh each time, instead of making a batch and reheating it. Heating the honey will damage the vitamin and mineral content. Eating healthy, sensible foods along with drinking the cinnamon and honey mixture will speed up weight loss.
Be sure to stir the mixture well, as clumps of powdered cinnamon and/or honey will be difficult to swallow.
