Use Word information to create your PowerPoint slides.

Make a PowerPoint slide show in conjunction with Microsoft Word, taking advantage of the structure of your Word document. When documents created in Word are opened in PowerPoint, the heading styles dictate the slide setup. For example, text with "heading 1" start a new slide, text with "heading 2" provide supporting bullets on the slide. Text with "Normal" style do not appear in PowerPoint. You can either send your document from Word to PowerPoint or select the Word file from within PowerPoint to start your slides. In addition, you can add information from Word directly into an existing PowerPoint presentation.
