Sangria is a refreshing beverage for a day at the pool or a picnic in a park. It traditionally came from Italy, and has many variations. It is simple to make and can be a group activity while some people cut up fruit, juice the fruit, or mix the wines together.

  • Large pitcher
  • 1/2 bottle of lime wine
  • 1 bottle of red wine

  2. Step 2

Mix together in a bowl the 2 cups of sugar, 5 cups of mineral water, the orange juice and the lime juice.

  3. Step 3

Add the orange, lime and apple slices to the pitcher with the ice. Slowly pour the bottle of red wine into the pitcher, then the 1/2 bottle of lime wine. Stir with spoon slowly to mix the ingredients all together.
