Make a list of about 14 to 16 songs you want to include on this CD. Depending on the size of the CD and the length of each song, you might not be able to record all of them onto the CD.
-
2
Rate the songs from most wanted to least wanted so that you will know which ones to forgo if there is not enough room on the CD.

3
Insert the music CD with the songs you already have in your personal collection. You still will be using iTunes or a similar program on your computer.
The music on the CD will appear on your screen in a list form. Highlight the song you want. Then click on the "Import" button to move the song file onto your computer. Repeat this step with as many songs as you have on CDs. -
4
Insert the recordable CD into your rewritable CD drive in your computer. Open iTunes or a similar program, and click on the first song you want to record on the CD. Then click the "burn" or "record" button. Your music program will now begin to record on the rewritable CD. Repeat this step for every song you want to record onto the rewritable CD.
