Things You'll Need:
- Store-bought sugar cookie dough, pre-made in a tube or just dry ingredients, adding eggs and oil as required on the label.
- 1 container of cool-whip
- Red food coloring (optional)
- Sliced fruit- including bananas, kiwi, pineapple, berries, and apples
-
Step 1
Mix the sugar cookie dough according to ingredient on the package. Flatten the dough onto a round pizza baking sheet covered with aluminum foil.
-
Step 2
Bake the sugar cookie dough according to the directions on the package. Cook time is usually 10-15 minutes; it is ready when the edges are golden brown. Make sure the the center is completely cooked.
-
Step 3
Once taken out of the oven, let the 'pizza' crust cool for 5-10 minutes. Take out the Cool-Whip. You can tint this with red food coloring to make it a pinkish color for fun, but this is optional. Evenly spread the cool-whip over the top of the crust. Make sure you don't spread it completely to the edges so you can grab the slices by the edge (Just like a regular pizza slice).
-
Step 4
Evenly distribute the fruit slices all over the pizza. Cut the pieces into equal slices using a pizza cutter. Be sure to store the pizza in a refrigerator.
