Things You'll Need

  • Tall clear glass vase
  • Garden snips
  • Rose cuttings
  • Baby rose bud cuttings
  • Baby's breath
  • Green foliage
  • Ribbon

Instructions

      Gather three rose cuttings and six baby rose bud cuttings. Make sure the stems are long enough to reach inside the bottom of your vase.

      Place the three roses in the vase staggered. The center rose will sit up high. The second rose will sit to the left of the first, and slightly lower and the third will sit to the right of the first, and slightly lower than the second rose.

      Looking at the vase with the roses properly situated, place the baby rose buds in the vase one on each side of each rose. The baby buds must also be staggered in height.

      Add to the vase a few pieces of baby's breath and some green foliage. Blend it in between the flowers. Tie a red ribbon around the vase as an adornment.

Tips & Warnings

  • Roses and baby rose buds come in a variety of colors and types. Choose the flowers which will look the best in your floral arrangement.

  • Do not cut your rose stems too short or they will not reach the water in the bottom of the vase.
