1
Wrap a tiara base with the wires you want to use. Wires between .2 and .4 millimeters in thickness are ideal for this purpose. The wires should be pulled closely together so that the base does not show through. Glue the ends of the wire in place with clear glue. A tiara base can also be purchased in craft stores. Look for ones that have combs to hold the tiara in place.

2
Cut off seven additional lengths of wire with wire cutters approximately 6 inches each. This will serve as the decorative part of the tiara. A simple serrated knife may be used for this purpose or a pair of needle nosed pliers.

3
Attach the wires with beads to the tiara base so that it stands up straight from the tiara base. Knot the bottom of each wire where it attaches to the base and add in a spot of glue to help keep it securely attached.

4
Attach beads at equal intervals around the seven lengths of wire. Knot a loop of wire around each bead to hold it in place. Five or six small beads on each wire will work fine.
-
5
Attach one large bead to the ends of the six wires on each side on the tiara base. Leave the middle seventh wire bare. Hold each bead in place with a spot of clear glue.

6
Attach another larger bead to the seventh wire. Hold it in place with glue.
