Creating a bake sale flyer is a good method to use for doing this.

Instructions

1. Write down all of the important information about your bake sale. This includes the date, time, location, reason for having it or benefactor of it and any other important details about it.

2. Decide on graphics to place on the flyer. Take pictures of actual baked goods or use clip art to make it even easier. Find pictures that are suitable for a bake sale or that relate to it. Save these on your computer.

3. Access an application like Microsoft Publisher. Begin with a blank document. Name and save the flyer.

4. Add a border, background and graphics involving a bake sale to your flyer. Click on "Pictures" found in the Insert Menu. Locate the file and click "Insert" to add.

5. Move the pictures around with your mouse. Use the right-click options to alter the appearance of any pictures you want to change.
