Hold the bouquet upright using your right hand. Your hand should be covering the tie in the middle.

Now grab the bouquet with your left hand, covering the tie on the other side. Do not clasp your hands together; instead, let the fingers of your left hand cover the fingers of the right hand.

Hold the bouquet at your belly-button. Do not hold the bouquet any higher because you will be covering the top part of your dress.

If there are any sharp points at the bottom of the bouquet, they will need to be removed. With the bouquet at your belly-button, sharp points can get caught on your skirt as you move and can pull the material.
