Instructions

      Quercetin supplement in powder form

Take a quercetin supplement. Quercetin supplements come in different forms: powder, capsule and pill.

    • 3

Combine your Quercetin with vitamin C or bromelain. This combination has been proven effective. The enzyme in bromelain helps your body absorb the quercetin more effectively.

    • 4

Eat raw honey. Pollen is found in honey and actually contains a lot of quercetin. Eat a tablespoon a day along with your quercetin supplements or food for increased prevention of allergies.

    • 5

Prepare for allergy season by consuming a higher dose of your quercetin supplement or eating larger quantities of the quercetin foods.
