1
Prepare a selection of magic wands, tiaras, crowns and dress-up clothes. Shop at a thrift store to find a wide variety of party dresses and costumes. If your party is going to be co-ed, be sure to have appropriate prince clothes as well. Magic wands, tiaras and crowns can all be found at any dollar store, often packaged in groups.

2
Make a schedule of games and activities that only princesses (and princes) would do. Young children enjoy playing "Hot Potato," so they would surely enjoy "Toss the Tiara" as well. The game plays by the same rules as "Hot Potato," only the children are tossing an unbreakable, plastic tiara instead. Perhaps your child loves "Pin the Tail on the Donkey." Instead of a donkey, pin a tiara or jewels onto a princess.

3
Consider allowing each child to make her own tiara or magic wand. Offer a selection of art supplies such as cardstock in a variety of colors, markers, paints, glitter, glue and sequins.

4
Don't forget tea time. Princesses always have tea. Serve caffeine-free herbal tea or juice to the princesses, along with tiny baked goods such as miniature muffins, cookies or scones.
