  • Vegetable glycerin
  • Chopped, dried soapwort root

      Boil 4 cups of distilled water in a heavy saucepan. Reduce the heat to simmer.

      Add 4 tbsp. of the chopped, dried soapwort root to the water, and simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove the pan of tea from the heat.
