Grilled salmon is a tasty, healthy, easy to prepare meal. Great for cholesterol and your taste buds. Salmon is one of my favorite dishes I hope you enjoy this as much as my family has.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 cup jack daniels
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp dill
  • aluminum foil
  • olive oil (pam Spray)
  1. Step 1

Begin by mixing Jack Daniels, orange juice, lemon and dill in a bowl
    whisk until married

  2. Step 2

Place salmon in the bowl or air tight container make sure salmon is fully covered with marinade, cover and let sit for about six hours (overnight is fine) but not necessary.

  3. Step 3

Wrap salmon in greased (preferably olive oil pam) but olive oil will be fine. Place on grill for about 15-20 mins, once fish is almost fully cooked open aluminum foil all the way and continue cooking until completely done. You can garnish with a little dill and a lemon wedge. A great side dish is cold red potato salad and asparagus tips with butter, salt and balsamic vinegar.

Tips & Warnings
  • Always wash your hands thoroughly before and after handling raw meat.
  • Any fish (frozen or fresh) will be fine for this recipe
  • You can add more or less to your marinade also if you like you can add a little honey as well for a bit of sweetness.
  • Be sure your fish is thoroughly cooked.
