If you are looking to make a special surprise for the kids on Easter, this might be
your answer. These mini Easter Baskets are easy to make and the kids will really like them.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 18 oz. Cookie Dough
  • Red Licorice Whips
  • Can of Frosting
  • M&M's or other candy
  1. Step 1

    Divide cookie dough into golf ball size pieces that are roughly equal in size.

  2. Step 2

    Get some muffin cups and lightly grease them. Place cookie dough balls into the muffin cups.

  3. Step 3

    Press down on cookie dough to cover the bottom and sides of the muffin cups.

  4. Step 4

    Place the muffin cups into the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes to chill. Preheat oven to
    350 degrees.

  5. Step 5

    Place muffin cups in muffin pan and heat in oven for 8 minutes.

  6. Step 6

    Remove muffin cups and press down on the cookie dough in each muffin cup and return to oven
    for 1 to 2 minutes.

  7. Step 7

    Remove muffin cups from oven and let them cool down.

  8. Step 8

    Now you can fill the muffin cups with anything you want. Put some frosting and candy or
    whatever you desire. You can use M&M's or Skittles, Chocolate chips. Whatever you think
    the kids will like.

  9. Step 9

    After you fill your "baskets", cut the licorice whips to the correct size and place each
    end on opposite sides of the "basket" to make the Easter Basket handles.

  10. Step 10

    Serve to the kids on Easter and let them enjoy!
