Treat Different Kinds of Bee Stings

Summer is near us and the bee's are going to be out soon. In my article you will learn home remedies on how to treat different bee stings. I will guide you through it step by step.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Ice cubes,salt,baking soda,crushed aspirin,lavendar oil
  1. Step 1

Wash the area with cold water always.Never use warm or hot water, this will only make the sting swell more. Then apply a little salt to it. Rub it in, but not hard enough to push the sting in. Remove the sting with tweezers.

  2. Step 2

A bee sting or ant bite feels better if a paste of baking soda and water is applied on it. Parsley juice or honey will also relieve the irration.

  3. Step 3

You can also make a paste by adding a bit of cold water to baking soda,a crushed asprin, or a papaya enzyme tablet, and apply the mixture to the area. You can also use lavender oil to the sting area to reduce inflammation and pain.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can prevent a bee sting by closing the windows in your house and car. Wear plain, light-colored clothes. Bee's love perfume, suntan lotion, and hairspray. Bees also like anything scented.
  • Bee and wasp stings are more likely to cause allergic reactions than other kinds of insect bites!!!
