Things You'll Need:
- Fresh squeezed orange juice (unpasteurized is best)
- Ripe banana
- Green Powdered Drink mix, such as Boku
- Blender
- Drinking glass

Step 1
Pour ten ounces of orange juice into a blender. You can adjust this amount to your liking, but I have found that when combined with the other ingredients, this makes a good quantity for one serving, and can even substitute as a meal.

Peel and add the ripe banana. (I recommend getting organic bananas, as this a great detox drink and any added pesticides or chemicals would take away from that)

Step 3
Add one heaping scoop of Boku or other green powdered drink mix. This equates to about one heaping tablespoon.

Blend thoroughly. I use a VitaMix blender in the photo, and I highly recommend it for its powerful motor and durability.
