Easter time is a fun time to make and create new things. These jelly bean Easter eggs would look really cute displayed in a large bowl in the center of your Easter dinning table and they are edible too. Your guests will love them. Follow these step to create these giant jelly bean Easter eggs.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Large styrofoam eggs
  • Toothpicks
  • Jelly Beans
  1. Step 1

ITEMS YOU WILL NEED: First you will need large styrofoam eggs from a craft store. Next, you will need some toothpicks, you may need a few boxes of these. You will also need your favorite kind of jelly beans, you may like the starburst kind, the jolly rancher kind, or the sour kind of jelly beans. You could use a variety if you would like.

  2. Step 2

CREATE YOUR GIANT JELLY BEAN EASTER EGGS: To start you will need to cut all of your toothpicks in half. They do not need to be full size. Next, you will simply place the sharp end of the toothpick into a jelly bean and stick the broken end of the toothpick down into the giant styrofoam egg. This secures the jelly bean into place on the giant styrofoam egg. Do this again and place the next jelly bean very close to the first jelly bean to cover as much of the styrofoam as possible.

  3. Step 3

Continue to do this until the entire giant styrofoam egg is covered in jelly beans. Be careful as you go not to let any of the jelly beans fall off of the egg. Once you are finished with one do some more and fill a large bowl with them to set in the center of your Easter table.
