Make The Best Baked Buffalo Wings

Whether it's a sports event, family cook out, or just family dinner, this recipe will make the most mouth watering chicken that will not only melt in your mouth and warm your tummy with the spicy flavor everybody loves with Buffalo wings. The only problem is making sure you have made enough.

Just follow these simple steps,

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 1/2 pounds of wings
  • 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Original Cheyenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/3 cup butter/margarine
  • garlic powder
  • Seasoned salt
  • pepper to taste
  1. Step 1

To make these mouth watering Buffalo wings you must separate and season your wings with season salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Let this marinade in your refrigerator over night.

  2. Step 2

Place chicken in a baking sheet. It is important to place foil on bottom of pan before spreading your chicken. Take slices of butter and place throughout your baking sheet. Cover your chicken with foil. This is very important. Placing foil on bottom and top of baking sheet makes chicken mouth watering and tender.

  3. Step 3

Cook wings in oven set at 425 degrees for 1 hour. Turn chicken half way through cooking time. Then drain excess liquid from pan. In a separate bowl mix together Franks Red Hot Original Cheyenne Pepper sauce and butter/margarine. Add wings to sauce and toss evenly. Cover with foil and place back into oven for 10 minutes.

Tips & Warnings
  • Marinade Chicken overnight
  • Place foil on top and bottom of baking sheet
  • Add sauce toss evenly
  • Enjoy!!
