Things You'll Need:
- A good memory
- Gratitude
- The will to move forward
-
Step 1
Let loose and have fun with good music. Music calms the most savage beast and could be just what the doctor ordered. A little jazz, some classical and even a little rock helps to take your mind off what's going on around you. It's a great way to disconnect and refresh yourself. So go ahead, listen to your oldies but goodies and have a ball.
-
Step 2
Let loose and have fun by watching a movie. Treat yourself to a movie. Take your mind off your troubles with a trip to the movie theatre. Going to the theatre gets you out of the house and away from the everyday doldrums. Enjoy action, comedy or drama, the movie theatre has it all and if funds are tight, no worries, try the matinee or the "dollar" movie theatre.

Step 3
Let loose and have fun by making a list of all the things you're grateful for. Looking at what you have takes your mind off of what you no longer have. Gratitude shows appreciate (positively) for the things that still exist in your life. When times get tough and situations go from bad to worse, remember to remain grateful for what you do have.
