How to Get Free Moving Boxes

Boxes can be very expensive. When people move, they need a lot of boxes to pack their stuffs and they may use them only once and throw them away. If you get ready to move in the next few months, you can start collecting boxes now and pack some of your stuffs that you don't use in the next few months, such as packing winter stuffs during the spring season.

Instructions

1. Keep your ears and eyes open for new boxes you can use for moving. You can get free boxes from the places where you go everyday such as your work place, grocery store or even online.

2. Many offices or retail store always have shipment for new items packed in the big boxes which you can reuse them for packing your stuffs. Offices always have shipment for office supplies and retail stores always have shipping for the items they sell.

3. The other way to get free boxes, when you go to grocery shopping ask the manager if they willing to give away boxes. Most grocery stores will flat their boxes as soon as they're empty, thus they may tell you to come back on certain day to pick up boxes before they flat them out.

4. Go online, the perfect place to search online for free moving boxes are craiglist.org; sometime people give away moving boxes they don't use anymore. Select the area where you live and contact the person that give away moving boxes and pick them up. I crossed many times at craiglist.org that people willing to give away moving boxes for free.
