Things You'll Need:
- Computer
- Internet Access
- Your own style!
-
Step 1
www.flickr.comPick A Unique Layout
This is usually the first step for the MySpace novice. It should be relatively easy to find a layout that expresses who you are. Some of the most popular MySpace layouts can be found at either www.freecodesource.com or www.getonmyspace.com. -
Step 2
www.flickr.comGet Some FREE Comment Codes
The Internet contains thousands of sites that are full of comment codes. These graphics are also a great way to make your MySpace page unique. Three of my favorite places for comment codes are www.commentbuddy.com, www.coolmyspacecomments.com, and www.pyzam.com. -
Step 3
www.flickr.comAdd Fun Applications
There are several available games and groups that you can add to your MySpace homepage. Some examples are Mobsters, Mafia Wars, and World Domination. The list is endless. Note: It is usually best to join apps that are popular amongst yourself and MySpace friends. -
Step 4
www.flickr.comMusic
What better way to express yourself than sharing your favorite tunes? Add FREE music to your MySpace page!
-Log into your MySpace Account
-Go to the light-blue bar and double-click on the word: Music
-Then select an artist or title of your choice. Click on the far right button that says: Add
-Click on grey confirmation button that says: Add Song To Profile -
Step 5
www.flickr.comTake Silly Pictures
You can show off personal pics of you on your MySpace area. Take some candid photos of you goofing around with friends and family. If you want to embellish your photos and get fancy, check out www.slide.com. Create an account with Slide. Then simply upload your photos to your Slide account. Lastly, you may create a slide show or a glamorous album of your own pictures. It will definitely add bling to your MySpace page!
