Use Your ISP Email with your Yahoo Mail

Follow these simple instructions to integrate your ISP Email with your Yahoo Mail account.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Sign into your Yahoo Mail account.

  2. Step 2

    Click "Options.” You will see this on the top, right side of the page.

  3. Step 3

    Click the "Mail Addresses” link.

  4. Step 4

    Click the "Add" button. Start adding your email address to Yahoo Mail.

  5. Step 5

    Give your account a name. It does not matter what name you choose.

  6. Step 6

    Next, click "Continue,” which you will see at the bottom of the page.

  7. Step 7

    You will see a box that says "Mail Server.” Here, put the server name given to your by your ISP. (It should be something along the lines of pop3.server.com.)

  8. Step 8

    You will see a box that says "Username.” Here, put the username given to you by your ISP that you use to get your email.

  9. Step 9

    Enter your password. This will be the same one you use when you get your email through your ISP.

  10. Step 10

    Go back to the page that has your email addresses you want to access on Yahoo. Click the “Edit” button next to it.

  11. Step 11

    Next, check the box that says "Leave mail on POP server." This will allow you to check your ISP email account off of Yahoo Mail. If you don't select this, your mail will ONLY appear in your Yahoo Mail inbox.

  12. Step 12

    Click “Save changes.”

  13. Step 13

    On the left side of the main “Mail” page, you will see an option to “Check other mail.” Go here to check the email from your ISP email account.
