Websites like http://www.bigorrin.org/makah_kids.htm contain some introductory knowledge about the Makah people and their clothing. Men, for example, often did not wear any clothing at all.

Next, go to your local library and ask the reference desk librarian about how to find detailed information about Makah clothing. You may find some interesting rare books and periodicals about the Makah people.

The last step, if you really want to find out more information, is to try to contact people who have a historical heritage to the Makah tribe, or to see if you can travel to a Makah reservation. Today, many people who are of Makah decent no longer wear the traditional clothing, but getting information from a firsthand source is best if you really want to get the most personal information.
