It is possible, with some work and planning, to make a residual income online that will continue to earn money for you even after you stop working on it. You can make residual income in a number of ways, from spreading affiliate links to creating unique Web content. Start your own site to build residual income through affiliate links and advertising. A free blog is easy to set up, and you can make money online each day with affiliate links and AdSense ads. Earn money now by selling ads on the site through Text Link Ads and other ad sites. These can be small trickles of income at first, often very small, but they add up over time.

Create Web content for sites like eHow, Suite101 and Bukisa. All three of these sites offer residual income that builds over time with the amount of content you crate and the quality of that content. You don't have to have any experience at all to write for eHow or Bukisa. Both sites accept most original content and share in the income that your content brings in. Suite101 does require some writing experience and high-quality writing samples for the application process.

Create your own digital product to sell online. Once you set up a website to sell the item, you can make a residual income from it as long as it keeps selling. many people make a significant portion of their income this way. It does require regular marketing, however, such as creating articles that will direct people to buy your ebook or software. But, the beauty of this is often that you can create articles and other content that will both make money by themselves as well as direct people toward the item you have for sale.

Bookmark all of your content with Xomba. This will earn residual income for you in the form of AdSense revenue. You can bookmark the items that you write, which brings traffic to your works, making you more money. Those bookmarks in turn make money for you by themselves. Bookmark your blog posts, your affiliate links, your product sites and the content that you write to promote your other items. It all earns residual income for you that all comes from different sources but that all leads directly to your pocket.
