How to Clean a Jacuzzi Pool Filter
Cleaning a Jacuzzi filter, or the filter of just about any other whirlpool bath, is probably the easiest part of caring for the Jacuzzi. It only takes a few minutes, but it makes a world of difference in the life and cleanliness of your whirlpool spa. Things You'll Need
- Garden hose
- Spa filter cleaner
- Large bucket
- Replacement filter, if needed

Remove the filter and rinse off any debris with a garden hose.

Submerge the filter completely in a bucket of water.

Add filter cleaner to the bucket, following the manufacturer's directions.

Allow the filter to soak for at least 24 hours. Keep a replacement filter on hand in case you want to use the whirlpool before the 24 hours have passed.

Rinse the filter thoroughly and return it to the Jacuzzi.

Tips & Warnings
Always clean the filter when you clean the entire Jacuzzi tub. Between cleanings, use an instant spa filter cleaner, available anywhere pool and spa supplies are sold.
