After giving birth there is always some weight to lose. More for some than others. The best thing to do to get back to your pre-pregancy weight is to get started right away.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    BREASTFEEDING - Breastfeeding helps new moms to lose weight. It is also great for the babies. It is such a win win situation that everyone should do it for as long as possible, or at least for the first year. Breastfeeding also brings a special bond between mother and child. Make sure that you are consuming enough good nutrition and water.

  2. Step 2

    BE ACTIVE - Take your baby out for a long stroll or job. They will love to get out and you need the exercise. You can also take them on hikes by placing them in a front carrier when they are tiny and moving them to a back pack style after they are six months old.

  3. Step 3

    EXERCISE - You can use your baby as a weight and incorporate them into your training program. Babies love for you to lift them up while you are counting and looking into their eyes.

  4. Step 4

    EATING HEALTHY - As long as you are eating healthy, drinking enough water and avoiding junk food you do not need to diet after a pregnancy to lose weight.
