Things You'll Need

  • Spray bottle
  • Dish soap
  • Lavender sprigs
  • Lemon verbana leaves
  • Saucepan
  • Cheesecloth
  • Funnel
  • White vinegar
  • Mild liquid soap
  • Essential oil of lavender
  • Essential oil of lemon verbena

Instructions

      Wash the spray bottle and nozzle using mild soapy water. Sterilize the spray bottle and nozzle using hot water. Allow the bottle and nozzle to air dry.

      Add 2 to 3 cups of cold water to a small saucepan. Add sprigs of lavender and leaves of verbena to the saucepan. Bring the saucepan to a boil, then lower the heat. Simmer for 10 minutes and remove from the burner to cool.

      Strain the mixture through cheesecloth and funnel into a spray bottle. Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar. Add 2 drops of mild liquid soap. Add 2 drops each of organic essential oil of lemon verbena and lavender.

      Close the bottle and shake well.

      Store the cleaner in a cool place.
