When you are invited to a baby shower, the first thing you may think about is what to get the new baby. Diapers, all in ones, sleepers, baby wash, etc..those things are important but usually they are gotten by many.

To bring the perfect baby shower gift, think ahead of the game. Think about what baby may need in a few months to a year. Buy outfits that are in sizes 3-6 months or 6-9 months. Pick up a toy that is geared towards learning and development, something baby will love when they are 9 - 12 months old.

Don't forget about the mom to be! Many women would love a special gift just for them. A gift certificate to a local spa is a great idea!
