Step 1
Stress is your enemy if you are trying to lose weight, so remove sources of stress from your life. A therapist or Counsellor may be of some assistance here.

glass of waterDrink a glass of water. If you have dirty hands, how do you wash them off? With water. So do your insides a favor and wash them out regularly with glasses of water.

Go for a walk, anywhere. Just go exploring. Meet new people, go see some shops or go to Wholefoods or other health food store and get some raw whole Cacao beans. They will look just like almonds on the outside, but chocolate on the inside.

some Cacao beansEat a few Cacao Beans to reward yourself. Or eat them at the beginning of your day to give you some extra energy and an antioxidant boost. Contrary to popular belief, they have no caffeine in them. Rather they contain Theobromine which will stimulate you while possibly reducing your blood pressure.
